• We reserve the right to deny any photos due to low quality. If you submit low-quality photos, you agree that your items will not have clear clarity.

3D T-SHIRT INFO:

Dye sublimation printing is ink infused and printed on polyester. The process could cause imperfections or creases in a common area such as the armpits, sleeves, shoulders, and seams. We at Nylah J Custom strive to avoid these issues, but it does occur.

Color variation: Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors.

There may be small imperfections. This has to do with the printing process used. We try to make these imperfections as minimal as possible. 

SHIPPING: 

Orders are processed 7-10 business days from the order date depending on the current workload. Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, Nylah J Custom is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive an email or text (if you selected that option) with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before checkout to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended.

Shipping is not done on weekends or holidays. We ship with USPS or UPS. 

Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. 

Priority Mail Express: Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance.
